Spectrum Workplace is a progressive and dynamic office furniture and interiors company, with many years experience in the design and construction of inspirational office interiors and furniture installations.

Created by the merging of two long-established and well respected family-run companies, HOF Interiors and Solent Business Supplies, we are dedicated to use our combined strength to give an even better service and broader product range.

We take our customer’s concepts through to completion, with our dedicated project managers giving customers a single point of contact throughout the project.

Spectrum Workplace operates a quality management system that exercises control over all company activities. This control has been established to meet the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2008.

The Management and workforce are committed to a philosophy of continual improvement and the key objective for the company is to strive at all times to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Objectives for improvement are established and reviewed as part of the regular management review process.

 Environmental Sustainability Policy (ISO 14001 4.2)

It is the policy of Spectrum Workplace LLP also trading as Hampshire Office Furniture, HOF Interiors, Solent Business Supplies and Spectrum Office Interiors to reduce its carbon footprint, minimise its impact on global resources and prevent pollution arising from its activities or through the activities of those acting on its behalf.

Spectrum Workplace has ongoing ISO 9001 (quality) and ISO 14001 (environmental) certification independently audited and registered by Bureau Veritas, a UKAS accredited certification body.

As part of the ISO 14001 environmental management system, Spectrum Workplace has established associated objectives.  The management system is internally audited on an annual programme for effectiveness and legal compliance.

The management team regularly monitor and review performance in order to identify where improvements can be made

Environmental performance constitutes a large proportion of the company’s sustainability objectives and includes as a minimum the achievement of applicable legal and regulatory requirements and enhanced performance based on identified business sector best practice.
